Confirm the Diversion Dates and Work Window

Notifications should match the approved programme. If the work window changes, update the communication rather than relying on the original notice.

Explain Access Changes Clearly

State which access remains open, which route is affected and what alternative route should be used. Avoid technical wording that may confuse non-project personnel.

Coordinate Deliveries and Site Logistics

Large deliveries, plant movement and construction access may need separate instructions during the diversion period.
