3. Inspect for Transport Damage

Look for bent components, cracked parts, displaced modules, damaged connections, corrosion, missing fasteners or impact marks caused during transport.

4. Check All Required Components

Confirm that all parts required for the planned installation have arrived. Missing components should be identified before the installation crew mobilises.

5. Review Handling and Lifting Condition

Check lifting points and areas that may have been stressed during unloading. If there is visible damage, isolate the unit until it has been assessed.

6. Confirm Installation Documents

Ensure the installation team has the correct manufacturer instructions, project drawing and relevant site information before work begins.

7. Verify Site Compatibility

8. Create a Delivery Acceptance Record

Record the delivery date, location, condition, photographs, outstanding items and acceptance status. A clear handover record helps avoid disputes later.
