5. Separate Current and Superseded Drawings

Keep the latest active revision clearly visible and archive older revisions separately.

6. Confirm File Names

The filename should match the drawing number and revision so uploaded files are easy to verify.

7. Review Before Resubmission

Before submitting a revised package, confirm:

• all drawing revisions are current,
• references match the document index,
• superseded drawings have been removed,
• response comments point to the correct revision.
