How to Access the ROWPS Portal

Step 1 – Go to the ROWPS Portal

The ROWPS portal is accessed at rowpermits.rta.ae. This is the official RTA portal for all Right of Way permit applications in Dubai. Do not use third-party websites that claim to offer ROWPS services.

Step 2 – Register Your Company

New users must register before logging in. Registration requires a valid UAE trade licence, contractor details, and contact information. Once registered, your account gives you access to submit new applications, track pending permits, and manage approved permits.

Step 3 – Log In and Submit an Application

After registration, log in with your credentials to access the submission portal. Applications require uploading all supporting documents — engineering drawings, traffic management plans, method statements, and reinstatement plans — all prepared to RTA standard.
