ROWPS As-Built Drawing Checklist Dubai

As-built records help show what was actually completed inside or affecting the public Right of Way. For contractors, these records should clearly distinguish the final site condition from earlier proposed or approved drawings.

HMJ Contracting supports ROWPS applications, Right of Way drawings and permit coordination in Dubai. Call +971 50 778 9046.

Confirm the Final Work Limits

Check that the as-built drawing reflects the actual completed location and limits of work. Any change from the approved proposal should be identifiable.

Update Utilities and Crossings

Where pipes, ducts, cables, drainage or other infrastructure were installed, verify the final recorded route and crossing location.

Record Access and Surface Reinstatement

Show relevant access points, pavement or carriageway interfaces, reinstatement areas and completed public-space works where required by the project record.

Use Clear Revision References

The drawing title, revision number and issue date should match the closeout register. Avoid mixing construction-stage revisions with final as-built records.

Check Coordination With Other Documents

Final photographs, inspection records and completion documents should not contradict the drawing.

Keep the Final ROWPS Record Together

Archive the latest permit, approved drawings, as-built record, correspondence and reinstatement evidence in a single closeout package.
