The RTA does not have a formal fast-track lane — every application goes through the same review process. But applications that are complete, correctly prepared, and meet every requirement on the first submission move through review without delays. Applications that are missing documents, have drawing errors, or use incorrect specifications get rejected and sent back — adding one to three weeks to your timeline every time.

Step 1 — Get Your Documents Right First Time

Step 2 — Submit Through the Right Portal

Standard NOC applications go through the RTA NOC portal. Right of Way works also require a ROWPS submission. Submitting through the wrong system or submitting only one when both are needed creates delays. HMJ manages both portals and coordinates submissions when multiple approvals are required.

Step 3 — Monitor Status Daily
