ROWPS stands for Right of Way Permits System — the online portal operated by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai for managing Right of Way permit applications. What Does ROWPS Do?

ROWPS is the digital platform where contractors submit, track, and manage their Right of Way (ROW) permit applications. Through ROWPS you can submit new permit applications with all required documents, upload traffic management drawings, check application status and respond to amendment requests, download approved permits, and renew or extend existing permits.

How to Access ROWPS

The ROWPS portal is accessed at rowpermits.rta.ae. You need an RTA-registered contractor account to log in. See our ROWPS login guide for step-by-step access instructions. ROWPS is separate from the RTA NOC portal — many projects require submissions to both systems.
